Activities

          To achieve the stated purpose, the association seeks to achieve the following activities:

a) creating and publishing books, periodicals, pamphlets, posters, brochures, software and other information materials;

b) organizing training courses, seminars, conferences, public debates, and organizing marches, public demonstrations and other public awareness activities, according to law;

c) providing guidance and counseling to persons interested in matters respecting human rights, development and civic consciousness in other areas of interest relating to public life;

d) development projects and programs own or in partnership with local authorities, national and European/international, with NGOs and private institutions (domestic and foreign);

e) informing and educating citizens, community and public authorities regarding the need for civic dialogue;

f) organizing meetings between citizens and public authorities' representatives;

g) organizing debates and opinion polls on issues of public interest;

h) develop programs in partnership with public authorities, improving the legal framework;

i) active involvement of citizens in decision-making and public policy;

j) establish annual awards for civic, educational, social, cultural activities;

k) scholarships for promoting participatory democracy;

l) organizing and carrying out activities to identify and promote young talent;

m) organize and develop activities on environmental protection, education for healthy living, promoting organic food;

n) development of publications and information materials;

o) organizing activities of a humanitarian nature;

p) organizing public collection of Romanian or foreign natural or legal persons;

q) fight against juvenile delinquency, AIDS, drugs;

r) humanitarian, financial, material and food aids;

s) rganizing training courses in different fields;

t) organize information services and professional counseling, selection and placement of workers, labor mediation services on domestic and foreign labor market;

u) production of shows, competitions, exhibitions, radio and TV;

v) consulting on issues of European projects, personal development, image and public relations;

w) organizing activities to promote equal opportunities, implementation of programs to assist low income elderly and disadvantaged children and youth;

x) develop their economic activities for self-financing;

z) other activities provided by law, according to the association's purpose.
